About us
We develop technical solutions for organizations that want to become more sustainable, make their products and services circular, save energy and raw materials, make processes more efficient or switch to sustainable raw materials. In addition, we develop – together with you – innovative techniques in many areas.
Sectors for which we work are:
Water management (including Water Boards), public health (drinking water and sanitation projects), logistics, energy, process industry, construction and the medical industry.
Our services consist of:
Design, engineering, project management, procurement, production and maintenance.

OUR PROJECTS

TSN-Green logistics services
How can you make your fleet more efficient by charging faster and easier?
We came up with a flexible cage construction, similar to the well-known folding shopping crate, which fits exactly in the back of a so-called box truck. These ‘cages’ can be loaded at night or early in the morning at the distribution center and made ready for loading at the loading dock. The fully loaded cages can then be placed in one go using standard forklift trucks. In order to transport empty cages efficiently between the various distribution centers, the walls are removable and can be stored in the floor. As a result, 6 cages easily fit on top of each other. Dit alles levert een aanzienlijke tijdsbesparing op, zorgt voor minder beschadigingen en fouten doordat er minder handling is en voertuigen staan minder lang stil. Kortom: meer efficiëntie. Count your profit!

Construction of oil pipeline Canada
How do you lay a 250+ km pipeline with a diameter of over one meter, quickly and efficiently?
With a welding robot. We offered a complete package of work: from implementation to maintenance. We supported the main contractor with the construction, adjustment, testing and inspection of the equipment and processes. In addition, we performed maintenance to prevent rejections of the work performed. We also trained employees of the general and subcontractors. An additional challenge was to overcome several obstacles during the construction (crossing rivers and transporting through built-up areas), during which all the equipment (mechanical, electronic and the software) had to be disassembled, reassembled and adjusted several times. All this had to be done quickly and according to local laws and regulations. The result: in about a year, a high-pressure oil pipeline was laid from Alkmaar to Maastricht.

Water treatment plants Middle East
How do you more sustainably reduce the use of toxic chemicals in water treatment plants?
We developed in collaboration with F&B Investment Group a process that uses less energy and requires less to no chemicals to filter (at the beating heart of water treatment plants) all waste products from the water. We do this by using various innovations (including 3D printing of assembly aids), where we managed to reduce the size of the basins to the size of a ‘bathtub’ by increasing the contact area inside. Compare it to a sponge. This allows bacteria to adhere more and the residual products are more suitable for reuse, e.g. as fertilizer. In this way we make the total process more circular and due to the energy savings a lot more sustainable. Obtaining new insights, applying new techniques and adapting the designs ensures that we are constantly on the move, learning and evolving.
